Where: Greenville SC and Carowinds

1st - $90 due Friday January 14
2nd - $90 due Friday February 11

3rd - $90 due Tuesday March 1

Details:

• The band will depart early morning on Friday, March 25th, and travel to Greenville, South Carolina for a day and evening of fun activities and fellowship. We will spend the night in a hotel.

• We will leave early Saturday morning for a day of fun at Carowinds! In addition to enjoying the park, the band will also perform Saturday afternoon in the Festival of Music competition, which is held at Carowinds. The amusement park fun will continue after their performance, and the band will head back home to Greensboro later in the evening.

• The trip is open to ALL Grimsley Band students.

• We will not have a limit on chaperones. From a safety perspective, we feel “the more the merrier!”

 

By keeping the trip more local and limiting the itinerary to two days / one night, we think the final cost is affordable for everyone, especially given the shortened planning time. And the upcoming winter fundraiser will offer incentives to help students with the cost of this trip.
